The project adopts the world's advanced MIRS modular integrated automation technology, reducing the floor area by 20%, increasing the production efficiency by 30%, and reducing the cost by 25%. In terms of tailwater, the high temperature nitrogen vulcanization process is used, and the production wastewater is treated and recycled by the integrated treatment system to achieve "zero" discharge of the production tailwater. In terms of exhaust gas, advanced low-temperature plasma + composite photocatalysis + dry neutralization and deodorization combined process is used to completely purify a small amount of flue gas generated by rubber mixing and vulcanization in the production process to achieve "net" emissions of industrial exhaust.
